Saints Gormgail and Kieran

The first light depicts the aesthetic Celtic Saint Gormgail. The main panels depict the saint wearing an ivory habit over brown robes, a stole decorated with crosses and a rosary beads. The lower panel depicts Saint Gormgail holding a crucifix aloft, converting the natives to Christianity.

The second light depicts Saint Kieran from West Cork who travelled to Europe where he was ordained. The main panels depict Saint Kieran dressed in ivory and emerald vestments, trimmed with crimson braid. The lower panel depicts Saint Kieran praying before a crucifix in his cell in the woods.
