First inscription:
If I were to die tomorrow all I would ask from the world would be the charity of its silence.
The Dreamers  by Lennox Robinson:
The first section of the fifth panel portrays Robert Emmet, patriot and martyr.

Second inscription:
I have heard a sound of waiting in unnumbered hovels, and I must go down, down - I know not where.
The Countess Cathleen  by W.B. Yeats

In the second section of the fifth panel the Countess Cathleen is portrayed in ornately decorated robes of red, purple and blue.
