The St. Ignatius window depicts Ignatius of Loyola standing before a statue of the Virgin and Child. The second panel depicts a young shepherd tending his sheep in the hills. This panel may portray the shepherd who reputedly found a statue of our Lady among thorn bushes in Aránzazu. This became an important shrine and it is supposedly where Saint Ignatius made his vow of chastity (Tylenda: 2001).
